Services are billed as described at the time of purchase. Setup fees are due at signing. Monthly fees begin after setup is complete. Annual plans are billed in full at signing.
If our automation system does not function as demonstrated within the first 7 days of operation, you are entitled to a full refund of your setup fee.
Monthly plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Annual plans may be cancelled after month 6 with pro-rated refund for unused months.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the most recent billing period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
